Full Awareness of Racism and Oppression comes with its own set of trauma….
That’s why we have decided to hold a special healing group for African Descendants who are consciously aware.
Why Is This Important?
- Collectively, we as people of African Descent have endured centuries of trauma & pain. Healing is needed for nearly every Black man and woman in order to obtain the freedom that we desire
- Traditionally, African people often engaged in healing in a group setting. There is a need for more healing circles
- You need to release that stress! Come heal with us 🙂
